The "Bible" of Islam, the "glorious Koran," makes great demands of Muslims:

Sura 4.84 "Fight in Allah's cause...It may be that Allah will restrain the fury of the unbelievers..."

"Fighting in Allah's cause" means fighting anyone, anywhere, at home and abroad, who is not a Muslim. Peace between Muslims and the rest of the world is never a genuine peace.

Sura 4.89 "They [all who are not Muslims, and are referred to as "unbelievers"] but wish that ye should reject faith, as they do, and thus be on the same footing as they. So take not friends from their ranks until they flee in the way of Allah from what is forbidden. But if they turn renegades, seize them and slay them where ever you find them; and in any case take no friends from their ranks."

If you think you can do something "nice" for a Muslim, and thereby make a true friend, think again. If a Muslim makes friends with anyone who is not a Muslim, he has broken a law of Islam, and gone against his "god," Allah. He may appear to be your friend as long as he can use that "friendship" to his own benefit, or the benefit of his kind (the Koran permits that). But never turn your back to him.

Sura 9.16 "Take none for friends and protectors except Allah, His Messenger [Muhammad], and the community of Believers [Muslims]."

THE ROOTS OF ISLAM - THE DEEP ROOTS
The Arabians are descendants of Abraham's illegitimate son, Ishmael. Abraham's foolishness was great, not having the patience to wait upon the Lord for a promised son and heir. But because, in general, Abraham was true to God, and though there would be no covenant for Ishmael's people, still he was his son; God promised to bless the lad. And He did.

"And as for Ishmael, I have heard thee: Behold, I have blessed him, and will make him fruitful, and will multiply him exceedingly; twelve princes shall he beget, and I will make him a great nation" (Gen. 17:20).

"Now these are the generations of Ishmael, Abraham's son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah's handmaid, bare unto Abraham" (Gen. 25:12):

"And these are the names of the sons of Ishmael, by their names, according to their generations: the firstborn of Ishmael, Nebajoth; and Kedar, and Adbeel, and Mibsam" (Gen. 25:13),

"And Mishma, and Dumah, and Massa" (Gen. 25:14),

"Hadar, and Tema, Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah" (Gen. 25:15):

"These are the sons of Ishmael, and these are their names, by their towns, and by their castles; twelve princes according to their nations" (Gen. 25:16).

"And these are the years of the life of Ishmael, an hundred and thirty and seven years: and he gave up the ghost and died; and was gathered unto his people" (Gen. 25:17).

"And they dwelt from Havilah unto Shur, that is before Egypt, as thou goest toward Assyria: and he died in the presence of all his brethren" (Gen. 25:18).

But God also foretold how it would be with Ishmael and his descendants:

"And the angel of the LORD said unto her, Behold, thou art with child, and shalt bear a son, and shalt call his name Ishmael; because the LORD hath heard thy affliction" (Gen. 16:11).

"And he will be a wild man; his hand will be against every man, and every man's hand against him; and he shall dwell in the presence of all his brethren" (Gen. 16:12).

This Bible prophecy is short and to the point. It accurately describes the people of the Middle East. A few thousand years later along came an Arabian camel driver named Muhammad, dreamed up a new religion, molded a number of independent and quarreling Ishmaelite tribes into one body, which would be as much political as religious, and launched a campaign to conquer the world for "Allah" - at the point of a sword - in much of the Middle East, Europe, Africa, and beyond. Before the Mohammedans were driven back into the Arabian deserts, many people converted to Islam, and many died because they wouldn't.

ONE OF THE THREE GREAT ABRAHAMIC RELIGIONS?
The religious elite of this nation, and the educators and liberals, have been duped into believing that Islam is one of "three great religions which have descended from Abraham." A short time ago, it became public knowledge that the University of North Carolina was going to compel their students to read a book explaining the "truth" about the Koran. This book, however, is strongly biased in favor of the Koran and Islam. Watching TV interviews with various experts on Islam, one gets the feeling that there is an effort in this nation, if not to win converts to Islam, then at least to portray that religion as superior to Christianity. Young people are being targeted. In one school in California, children must wear Islamic clothing, recite the Koran, and pray in the Islamic fashion. This is a dangerous trend. If Abraham knew that he is being credited with fathering Islam, he would be turning over in his grave. Some of the leaders of institutions in this country have no idea what deadly seed they are planting in the minds of the young and the more unwary.

THE EVIDENCE IS CLEAR. ISLAM IS A FALSE RELIGION
You don't have to be a Christian, or even religious at all, to prove that Muhammad was a gigantic fraud, that "Allah" was a creature of Muhammad's own imagination, and that the Koran isn't worth the paper it's written on. Apparently, this Arabian camel driver, an employee of his wife (she owned a trucking company of that vintage - a fleet of camels), had ambitions to be a prophet, and a great prophet at that. In fact, he wanted to be the greatest prophet that ever lived, or that ever will live. He wanted to be even greater than Jesus Christ.

That presented a serious problem, but it was a problem which he solved in his own way. His solution should have gotten him in hot water, and exposed him as a cheat and a liar but, because followers of the blind are often themselves blind, and seldom pay attention to details, he got what he wanted. Over a billion people think of him as the holiest of all prophets, and Islam as the greatest of all religions.

His problem: he couldn't deny that Jesus existed; you can't be greater than someone who never was. So to be greater than Jesus, he was forced to acknowledge that Jesus existed. However, he denied that Jesus was the Son of God who came in the flesh. That means that Muhammad operated in the spirit of you-know-who. "And every spirit that confesseth not that Jesus Christ is come in the flesh is not of God: and this is that spirit of antichrist, whereof ye have heard that it should come; and even now already is it in the world" (1 John 4:3). (That antichrist, by the way, is Satan, not some "scintillating personality," or "master politician," or "super general" who is to come into the world, form a confederation of ten European nations, and start the "Great Tribulation," as is sometimes thought)

By claiming Abraham as the father of his religion, and Jesus as the prophet who preceded him, who announced "glad tidings" of his arrival, Muhammad set himself up as the ultimate Messenger and Prophet of the final and "most complete religion." He thereby fabricated the worst and most blasphemous cult that ever existed. Far worse than Buddhism, or any of the other Eastern religions which make no such deceitful claims.

According to Muhammad, the Koran comes directly from "Allah" through the angel Gabriel. Muhammad recognized the Bible as the Word of God that came down through the prophet Moses to the "people of the Book." Muhammad also recognized Jesus as a righteous prophet of God. But watch how this is going to trip him up - not that anyone ever seems to have noticed.

Sura 6.85 "And Zakariya and John, and Jesus and Elias: all in the ranks of the righteous."

Believe it or not, he acknowledged the Gospel of Jesus as legitimate:

Sura 2:3 It is He who sent down to thee (step by step), in truth, the Book, Confirming what went before it; and He sent down the Torah (of Moses) and the Gospel (of Jesus).

But notice the great contradiction. To Muhammad, Jesus was nothing more than an ordinary prophet or messenger, no greater than any other prophet:

4.171 "Christ Jesus the son of Mary was no more than a Messenger of Allah..."

He condemns to everlasting hell anyone who claims that Jesus is the Son of God, or that He is the only begotten Son of God, or that He died on the cross for the sins of the world:

Sura 4.48 "...to set up partners with Allah [Jesus Christ or the Holy Spirit] is to devise a sin most heinous indeed."

Sura 5.72 "Certainly they disbelieve who say: 'Allah is Christ the son of Mary.' But said Christ: 'O Children of Israel! worship Allah, my Lord and your Lord.' Whoever joins other gods with Allah,- Allah will forbid him the Garden, and the Fire will be his abode. There will for the wrong-doers be no one to help.

9.17 Those who believe in the holy Trinity shall dwell in the fire.

9.30 Christians who call Christ the Son of God have Allah's curse on them. "The Jews call Uzair a son of Allah, and the Christians call Christ the Son of Allah. That is a saying from their mouth; In this they but imitate what the unbelievers of old used to say. Allah's curse be on them: how they are deluded away from the truth."

But in the Gospels - which Muhammad recognizes - there are so many references to Jesus being the Son of God, even by Jesus Himself, that if all these were not in the Gospel there would be no Gospel. But Muhammad chose to believe otherwise.

So Jesus, then, made claims that would condemn Him to eternal fire! How, then, could He also be a righteous Messenger of God? "Allah" was definitely one confused deity!

And we can be sure that the angel Gabriel would have nothing to do with "passing down" the Koran to this self-aggrandizing Arabian malcontent. The Koran didn't come down from above, rather it may have come up from below. When Muhammad climbed that desert mountain somewhere near Mecca, and crawled into a cave, we can be sure he didn't see visions of Gabriel. If he saw and heard anything at all, it was demonic, not angelic.

The "Glorious" Koran, a book loaded with super-pious platitudes, endorses warfare, murder, torture, world conquest, rape of women taken captive, and even suicide "for "Allah's cause." Most unusual is heaven with beautiful "spouses" for those who "fight and die for "Allah." This is a carrot-on-a-stick to encourage daring and recklessness in battle. Even suicide bombings are l egitimate in the eyes of "Allah," the result of desperate and heroic methods of warfare. The ultimate goal of the Koran is to force conversion of the whole world to Islam, peacefully if possible, otherwise by coercion, enslavement, torture, murder, or any other means. Muhammad has managed to dupe many theological intellectuals by claiming that his religion is monotheistic. But if you read the Koran closely enough, you find that, while he supposedly worshiped one Allah, he himself created this "one Allah" and, of course, made himself the nearest thing to Allah.

Whatever this Arabian took in hand to do was authorized and blessed by "Allah" in the Koran (Which is very easy when you write your own Koran). All believers (Muslims) must obey and believe in Muhammad or suffer doom, both here, and in the hereafter. He claims to believe in only one Allah, without Holy Spirit, and no Son. But when Allah speaks in the Koran, he often uses the term "We." We did this, and We did that. Who is the other member of this "We?" Sometimes it seems to be Muhammad himself.

Muhammad denounces anyone who joins partners with Allah, but notice how he himself works in partnership with Allah on important political issues:

9.3: "Allah and his Messenger dissolves treaty obligations with the Pagans."

Muhammad positions himself as partner with Allah. He does not say such things as "thus sayeth the Word of Allah." He rather speaks as an equal of Allah. But Muhammad insists Allah has no partners. What he really says is that Allah has no partners except Muhammad. Believers are always admonished to obey "Allah" and the "Prophet." To disobey the Prophet could spell eternal damnation:

4.13 Those who obey Allah and His Messenger will be admitted to the Gardens with rivers flowing beneath...

4.14 But those who disobey Allah and His Messenger and transgress His limits will be admitted to a fire, to abide therein...

Allah gives Muslims the authority to chastise anyone who rejects faith - the faith of Islam: "And proclaim grievous chastisement to those who reject faith." This is characteristic of Islam. They have taken it upon themselves, in accordance with the Koran, to reform the whole world, usually by force.

Christians, on the other hand, are never commanded to visit "grievous chastisement" upon those who sin, or reject faith. If they are members of an assembly, they are, at most, to be expelled, after which they are to be left alone. A good example is (1 Cor 5).

THE ISLAMIC GOSPEL: CONVERT OR DIE!
Sura 9.5: Certain months are set aside when fighting is forbidden. "But when the forbidden months are past, then fight and slay the Pagans where ever you find them, and seize them, beleaguer them, and lie in wait for them in every stratagem of war. But if they repent, and establish regular prayers, and pay Zakat then open the way for them: for Allah is oft-forgiving, most merciful." If they repent, establish regular prayers, and pay Zakat... This means that they are allowed to live only if they convert to Islam! This is an interesting verse. Acts of terrorism are part of any strategem of war. With Muslims, there is no honor in battle. And forget about fairness, and "rules of engagement." That's for all the GI's, and other heroes. Muslims prefer to abide by the Koran, and sneak, lie, cheat, deceive, lie in wait, and do anything else to gain advantage. That's the meaning of "stratagem." Coalition forces are even now finding that out in the aftermath of victory in Iraq. Almost every day Muslims approach U.S. soldiers on one pretense or another, and then open fire with whatever weapon they have available. Are they criminals? In our eyes, yes. But to their own, they are heroes, fighting for "Allah." Terrorism, even suicide bombings, is justified by the Koran in that Islam is perpetually at war with those of other faiths. They spread their Gospel with AK47's.

Sura 9.6: "Give asylum to Pagans only for the purpose of converting them to Islam." Study the Koran carefully. Sometimes it voices words of peace and reconciliation with the unbelieving world (non-Muslims), but by and large, the ultimate goal of Muslims is to convert the whole world to Islam; and not necessarily by peaceful means.

The Koran gives no one a chance to resist conversion to Islam. We read from 9.5 that Muslims are to slay the Pagans wherever they find them. 9:11 "But (even so), if they repent, establish regular prayers, and pay Exact they are your brethren in Faith..."

One can imagine that people have succumbed under threats, and became Muslims, not because they believed in Islam, but to escape possible torture and death. Later, if they made an attempt to break away, they have "violated their oaths," and Muslims must fight them.

Sura 9.29: "Fight those who believe not in Allah or the last day...until they pay the Jizra with willing submission, and feel themselves subdued."

Sura 9.123 "O ye who believe, Fight the unbelievers who are near to you And let them find harshness in you: and know that Allah is with those who fear Him."

Christians persecute and make war when they disobey the Bible; Muslims persecute and make war when they obey the Koran. If a Muslim is peaceful, he is so in spite of his religion, not because of it.

Sura 4.95 "Not equal are those believers who sit at home, except those who are disabled. And those who strive and fight in the cause of Allah with their goods and their persons. Allah hath granted a grade higher to those who strive and fight with their persons and goods..."

SEVENTY-TWO VIRGINS?
I don't know the actual number Muhammad proposes, but waiting in heaven for Muslims who "do righteousness" such as fight for Allah and His Messenger, are "spouses purified."

Sura 4.57 "...those who believe and do righteousness, we shall soon admit to the Gardens, with rivers flowing beneath - their eternal home: Therein shall they have spouses purified..."

Sura 52:17 "As to the righteous, They will be in gardens, and in happiness."

Sura 52:20 "They will recline with ease upon couches arranged in ranks; and We shall wed them to maidens, with beautiful big and lustrous eyes."

Sura 52.24 "Round about them will serve, devoted to them, youths handsome as pearls well-guarded."

So when you hear of an Arabian princess donating money for the cause of Muslim terrorists, don't blame her; she is merely being faithful to her religion. (or maybe she had Sura 52.24 in mind)

"And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free"

(John 8:32). Truth alone doesn't bring about freedom; truth has been here all the time and some people still aren't free. It's KNOWING the truth that makes you free.
